You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that shipping charges are estimated and do not take into account multiple or oversized packages or insurance. We estimate shipping costs in order to keep shipping costs as minimal as possible. Actual shipping charges will be calculated and added when your order is processed. If there is a significant increase in shipping your order will be held and you will be contacted. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
If the shopping cart failed to properly calculate shipping cost and your shipping amount was not reflected in your online shopping cart receipt, we will calculate it manually only charging you our actual cost. If you would like to be notified about the shipping amount before we ship your order, please place a note to notify you in the "Special Instructions / Notes" field during checkout. This may be due to the service you selected being unavailable for your location, formatting issues, malformed Postal/Zip codes, items weighing more than 75 lbs. or your order being split into multiple packages.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and vary. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and shipping in most cases. If we anticipate a longer lead time, you will be notified. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking to follow along once your order is ready to ship.
SepticSafe is committed to bringing you a quality product shipped in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to weather or other factors beyond our control. We ship Monday through Friday; we do not ship on holidays or weekends.
SepticSafe cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost or stolen mail. If your order is being returned due to insufficient address, you will need to e-mail us an updated address. Once your package arrives back to us, we will reach out to the customer for an additional reshipment fee.

International shipping costs vary worldwide. Please be aware, you the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be. International orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for reshipment postage (USD). When placing an order, please be sure to use translated English font to avoid delays. Our shipping system does not recognize foreign character font, which causes a hold in printing your order. We will need a translated address or alternate ship to address for the order to print properly.
If you receive a product that is defective, please contact our support staff first to determine if the product is faulty. If the product is defective, the staff member will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Once the product is shipped back to us, you may choose to re order a replacement product, if so the new product will be shipped out once the warranty return has been inspected. Warranties are void if the product was not installed properly or broken due to mis treatment.
The customer is responsible for installation of any products, improper installation may damage the product or cause damage to their system or plumbing. It is the customers responsiblity to follow and have a general knowledge of all state and local code requirements. Wexco assumes no responsibility for improper installation or application of any of the products we offer.
